What I do
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and doing puzzles. I have three adult children who continue to keep me busy!
I started as the Special Education Director in the summer of 2018. I love working with the dedicated RSU#23 staff and also enjoy observing the progress that students make during the year! I am passionate about advocating for all students to become independent learners within our school community.
Prior to RSU#23, I worked as an IEP Coordinator at the high school level and as a special education teacher working with middle school students.
I completed my Certificate of Advanced Studies in educational leadership in 2017 while at USM. In addition, I have a master’s degree in special education from USM and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMF.
